How to free up upload space limit

My upload space has been reached and I’m trying to empty my trash and it’s not working

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, have you permanently deleted the submissions with uploaded files from your trashed entries in submission tables? If not, could you try permanently deleting the deleted submissions from your form? Let me show you how to do it:

1. On your Myworkspace page, select your form.

2. Click on the Submissions button on the top of the page.

3. Click on the Three Dots icon in the top left area beside the form table tab.

4. Next, click on Trashed Entries, select the deleted submissions, and then click Delete Forever.

5. Finally, confirm the action by clicking the Delete button in the confirmation window.

After deleting trashed entries, you can also try clearing your form cache. Let me show you how to do it:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

I need help doing this. There is no option for me to do any of those steps. I have deleted items and there’s no option to empty out the trash to make more space.

It seems that you haven't deleted your trash entries. Note that trashed submissions count towards your limit. If you are not able to see the option to do those steps that was provided by my colleague Aries. Can you turn on Jotform support access? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
