Hi JotForm,
How can I change the JotForm digest email sender information?

Hi Jared,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can setup your email as email sender via SMTP but this is for all emails including Notification and Autoresponder emails. It's easy to use your Gmail Account as your Email Sender in Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. On your Settings page, in the Sender Emails section, click on the Add Sender Email button.
2. In the window that opens, select Google and click on Continue.
3. In the next window that pops up, connect your Google Account.
4. After connecting your account, click on Send Test Email in the Google SMTP Configuration menu to check if it’s set up correctly, then click on Save and that's it.
Now, when setting up your notification or autoresponder emails, you'll be able to select your Google account as the sender:
If you change your Google password or permissions for Jotform, this setup will no longer be valid, and you’ll need to click on the Refresh button on your Settings page:

I am wanting to change this information for the digest emails, is this possible?

Hi Jared,
If you use SMTP it will change the sender email for Digest Emails, Notification and Autoresponder. Unfortunately, there's no option to solely change the email sender for Digests emails currently. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi Silvano,
I have 3 emails set up as senders, I ran a test and the email comes from noreply@jotform.com.

I understand you're still encountering issues with the digest emails sending from noreply@jotform.com even after setting up SMTP. My colleague Silvano has already escalated this issue to our developers. The feature you're looking for, to change the sender email specifically for digest emails, is not yet possible. Our developers are aware of your request and will consider it for future updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
