Multiple choice with text result

I have a multiple choice widget in my form and I need the result to output 'Yes' or 'No' on my pdf. Is there another widget I can use other than using a drop-down for each option?

Unfortunately, the multiple choice widget itself doesn't directly support outputting 'Yes' or 'No' in your PDF. The nearest workaround that I can think of to achieve what you want are the single choice and dropdown elements, which are already configured in your form.
