    I'm upset that my devices are sinking with Jotform. This is the 3rd time I'm asking for help. The problem still exists.

    Hi Tráci,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, you want to sync your account data to your mobile device, right? If that's what you're trying to do, I can show you how to sync your data on the Jotform Mobile App. Let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

    2. While in Settings, scroll down and tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.

    If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without any issues, you should enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform App in your phone settings. If you're still having the same issue, can you share with us the device you are using? You can also share with us the video recording of what's happening on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox.
