AI Agent: It does not produce a thumbs up for YES but it does for NO

    Also another problem which im having with the AI assistant is that when makin YES/NO question for some reason it does not produce a thumb up for yes but it does for No. I would like both of them to have this option or neither.

    Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not possible. There's no option to customize the icon showing on the Yes/No button. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Hello Camila,

    Thank you for your work, really apreciate it. Even though there is no way to customize it right now, is there any way as to not show the thumbs down (like turn it off)? Anyways i could use a multiple choice question or some sort of other format instead of the Yes/No question for the while.

    Hi Agustin,

    When I create an AI Agent and connect a form a Yes/No question, the Yes option has a thumbs-up icon.

    I will add this to the escalation that has been submitted. There's also no option to remove the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons, and I'll also add this information. When an update is available, we'll let you know.

    Hi Agustin,

    I found out something, currently, it'll only recognize the options in English for Yes/No questions for the icons to show. If you set in a different language, the icon will be removed. So your option is to keep it consistent and use Yes or No to show the icon or change to Si and another translation of No in Spanish to remove the icon. In this example, I use No gracias for No:

    Hello Jeric!

    Thank you for your answer! Yes, it seems that the problem resides in the use of the language (that’s why when I put “No” it did make a thumbs down since the spelling is the same in Spanish and English) . As you said the quick solution would be to use another word for No so as to be consistent with the answers. Anyways I would find very convenient if this option could respond to language changes .

    Another problem similar to this that occurs with the AI assistant is when showing the option for the Emoji Slider . When showing the option to the user it will always bring the emojis with a label in english. Even though other option under the Emoji slider such as the slider itself does let you change the options , the emoji slider does not have this feature ( it will only let you choose the scale 3,5,7 and show you the different emojis) It would be ideal if there is any chance as to put a label to the scoring of the emoji so as to fix this mistake with the AI assistant. If your team could bring both these issues to the developer it would be fantastic as to fix these problems for Non-English speakers/readers.
