Exceeds the Upload Space limit

THIS IS MY THIRD TIME ATTEMPTING TO ERASE, PURGE, AND MAKE SPACE ON MY BERONCE ACCOUNT AND STILL GETTING THE 30-DAY WAITING PERIOD; PLEASE HELP I READ ALL YOUR TUTORIALS

Hi aspsmexico,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that your Upload Space is at 1.01 GB / 1.00 GB which exceeds the limit. I also see that your form titled RESULTADO DE EVALUACIÓN still has a lot of uploads. You can go ahead and delete and purge the submissions with uploaded files to free up space. Let's delete them first:

1. On the My Forms page, click on the form with submissions you want to delete.

2. Click on Submissions on the upper part of the page.

3. Select the submission that you want to delete and on the top-right side of the screen, click on Delete.

4. On the pop-up window that shows, click on Move to Trash to confirm.

After you've deleted the submissions, make sure you've purged them as well. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF and Download the Submission Files. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
