Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can see that you have multiple forms. Can you provide us with the link to the specific form you're referring to so we can check it further?
Also, I checked your email on our bounce list, and it's not listed. Are you referring to a different email address? If yes, can you provide it to us as well.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Vishal,
I checked and the email wsupport@arabianhealthcaregroup.ae was added to our bounce list for the reason below:
Reason(s) : bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=arabianhealthcaregroup.ae type=A: Host found but no data record of requested type)
I went ahead and removed it, you should now continue receiving Notification Emails.
