Hi Meg,
I understand that you want to show the customer review from your form to your website. To do that, you can create a report using the Grid element, then embed it in your website. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Dropdown beside Jotform Logo and select Tables.
2. In Submission Tables, click on +New Tab, then select Reports from the options and click on the Next button.
3. In Create Report View modal, select the form, then click on the Next button.
4. Then select Blank from the options in the next modal, and click on the Next button.
6. Click on the Gear Icon, then remove the fields that you don't want to show in the report.
7. Drag the Grid report and adjust the columns the way you like it.
9. Click on Go Back, then go to Embed Tab and click on the Copy Code button, then embed it to your website.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
