I'm not receiving the email verification codes

    I'm trying to access settings in my account, but I'm not receiving the verification code via email.

    Hi Trent,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked our email logs and can confirm that the verification codes were sent to your email address, which is tr**t@in**ri**in**ce.com.au. Can you check it in your Spam folder? If the emails are not there, I suggest contacting your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host. You can also add noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list.
