Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked our email logs and can confirm that the verification codes were sent to your email address, which is tr**t@in**ri**in**ce.com.au. Can you check it in your Spam folder? If the emails are not there, I suggest contacting your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host. You can also add noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list.
