I have the "attach PDF from form submission" turned ON in my workflow emails for approvers at each step to get a copy. I have noticed many times that the system is reverting that toggle back to OFF at random times. Why is this happening? Is there some sort of bug in your system?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do not have any issues recently with the Attach PDF feature being turned off. But, we've had an issue with attachments not being sent from the Workflow and was already resolved. I went ahead and cleared your from cache to refresh your form, if the issue happens again, let us know and we will check further.
