Hello,
I created a form that is supposed to calculate multiple data points and for some reason, when I submit a test response, several fields don't get recorded and are omitted from the email log and break the calculations in the form. Is there a way to resolve this?
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott,
I found a few issues with your Form calculation Widget's formulas, which is why some of them are empty and do not execute calculations effectively. Some widgets have two operations, and one field contains excessive open and close parentheses that prevent the operations from working. But when I cloned your form again, it appears that you found these issues and adjusted the formula, since they were all filled when I tested it. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the fields onto your form.
3. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
4. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
5. Hover over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
6. Then, under the Recipients Email, just select your email field and click on the Save button.
