Deactivate the Voice agent in my AI Agent

I'd like to know how to disable the voice function in Jotform's AI agent builder.

I noticed it's a male voice and I'm building a female AI agent, so it doesn't match what we envision as an AI agent.

Could you recommend how to disable the voice function or select a female voice?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily turn off the Voice agent in your AI agent. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Standalone on the left panel.
2. Then, click on Gear icon on the AI Agent setup.
3. After that, turn off the Voice option in the Menu tab.

You can easily change the AI Agent voice in your AI Agent Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Publish on the purple navigation bar.
2. Then, click on Voice Agent on the left menu.
3. Go to Agent Voice then click on Change and setup the voice setting based on your requirement.

Would you be able to share about why the action "Send email" is not working? The agent keep saying it can't:

Here is the prompt:

"You may send an email email when:

- the user request a summary of the discussion

- when a user book a meeting (and send a recap of the upcoming meeting details)"

-> I'm also not sure of the email content available variables, is there somewhere I could find them?

You can use the Train action to send an email. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the navigation bar above, click on Train.
2. Then click on Actions on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on Add New Action.
   
   
4. Then you can follow this action:
