Questions about Customizing Apps / Integrations

Hi all,

I just started digging into the Apps side of Jotform, and had a few questions as we decide if we want to or can use this great-looking feature for our business.

First, I didn't see any form of integrations with apps at this point - is that accurate? What we'd love to do is have an app for each client that has their unique team's details. For example, "Your Sales Rep" and then their photo, name, phone number, email. We do this using either the Pre-fill option with Salesforce right now, or I manually include elements in the links I sent them (e.g. ?Sales=Matthew&smail=matt@company.com) and so on.

I'm assuming at this point we don't have any kind of integrations that would mimic those, correct?

Not sure if I missed it in Jotform and Zapier or everywhere else I looked, or if these features simply aren't available yet - or aren't on your roadmap.

Unfortunately, it is not possible yet to integrate Jotform Apps and have another way for push notification. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
