I never received email to reset password

    to whom it may concern,

    I'm not able to open jot forms? I have tried a couple different emails to reset password and neither seem to receive a password link to my email?

    Jordan_hartshorn@hotmail.com

    Jordan.hartshorn@us.stores.mcd.com

    I believe the first email is the one I used to create an account?

    Hi Jordan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email address Jordan_hartshorn@hotmail.com is associated with a guest account, while Jordan.hartshorn@us.stores.mcd.com is not associated with any Jotform account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account. Do you have another email address that you possibly used when you create your Jotform account? Can you share any form link associated with it so we can further investigate? Otherwise, you can use the same email address you did for your Guest account and use it to create a free account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.
