Paginate Product List

Hello, I have a form with about 250 products on it and the loading time to add a product to the cart is unbearably slow. Is there a way to add pagination to the product list element on my form? I am separating all the products into categories but this does not seem to speed it up much.

This is a business critical requirement for me so I will need to leave Jotform if we cannot solve this loading speed. This platform is otherwise amazing and I'm hoping to stay here! I look forward to a helpful answer to solve my problem.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you have too many products in your Product List element, it will take some time to load properly. You can add pages to your form, but it's not possible to separate your products into different pages, as the Product List element is counted as one form field. You can try to list your products using Single Choice or Dropdown field and use the Update/Calculate Field condition to calculate the Total amount. You can check my demo form and clone it so you can test it if you want. Otherwise, we can escalate this to our developer as a feature request.
