Price increase on our invoice

We noticed our yearly invoice almost doubled-- can this be explained? We now are invoiced $440 for the same plan.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your first subscription had the Regular Fifty Bronze Yearly Discount, which, unfortunately, doesn't apply on renewals. Because of this, your subscription renewal will be the full amount, including the sales tax. However, you can apply for a nonprofit discount if you are under a nonprofit organization or apply for educational discounted pricing for Educators, which also applies on renewals.
