Can't Log Into the Account

    Hello,

    I am unable to locate our jotform in our work email. I am worried we use a personal email instead. The jotform is showing no active jotforms which can't be correct. The jot form we have is 201044087459051. Can you please assist in gaining access to this form so we can get those submissions before the class starts.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the form link you provided and found that it is registered under the email address wce-***@*****.edu. If you're familiar with the email address, try logging into the account and see how it goes.
