API Usage Limit Problem

    My entire operation is at a standstill and I need urgent support. The APIs are not working and we have not reached the limit and yet it is informing us that the problem may be the limit.

    Hi Vitor,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. From the response you provided, it appears that the issue stems from exceeding the API call limit. Features such as widgets and integrations rely on API requests to access information from your account. Note that the API limit automatically resets daily at midnight in the Eastern Standard Time zone. You can check out this guide for additional details.

    In the meantime, I’ve manually reset your API limit, so you should be able to give it another try now.

    I am not POSTing data to exceed the 100,000 limit. After you manually reset it the API returned. Now it has the problem again.

    It appears that a specific API key is being blocked.

    The problem appears to have been resolved. Requests are now being reported again.

    Is there a history of API requests in your API documentation or somewhere else? That way, if we are making a lot of requests, we can see where the problem is.

    The error appeared again and curiously it was only in one of the API keys.

    Our Developers are aware of the issue, and they are working on it right now. We'll let you know as soon as they get it fixed.
