How To Transfer Forms To Another Account

Good Morning, I need to move a jotform from my account to another account. What do I need to do to do?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can move your forms to another account via your account Data page. Here's how to do it:

1. In My Forms or My Workspace, on the upper right side of the screen, click on your account profile picture.

2. Click on Settings.

3. In Settings, on the left panel, click on Data.

4. Click on Transfer Forms.

5. Enter the verification code sent to your account email address.

6. Click on Verify.

7. Click on the form to select.

8. Enter the email address of the recipient under New owner’s email address.

9. Click on Transfer forms.

Once you have sent out a form transfer request, the recipient will need to approve it on their end. Here's how to do it:

1. In My Forms, on the upper right side of the screen, click on your account profile picture.

2. Click on Settings.

3. In Settings, on the left panel, click on Data.

4. Click on Transfer Forms.

5. Enter the verification code sent to the recipient account email address.

6. Click on Verify.

7. Click on Accept to complete the process of form transfer.
