AI Agent works in training mode but not in preview mode or interaction mode

Good day
The agent answers perfectly in training mode but then fails in preview and interactive mode. You have to specifically ask it to get the information from the website crawl knowledge base or it will just use general knowledge. What am i doing wrong as i do click yes to proceed which i assume is the equivalent of a save action.

I resolved this issue by setting the use knowledge base at conversation start.
