Redirect users to another form depending on their answer

I have an existing Form named Hardware Survey Form.

On page 16, there are 2 options at the bottom for the scoping questions we ask our client.

Depending on what their response is, I want a new form to start depending if they choose Dell or HPE.

How can I achieve that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set up a Change Thank You Page condition, and redirect the user to your Hardware Survey Form after selecting an option from your Server Type field. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
3. Select Change Thank You Page.
4. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page. In the URL field, enter the form URL of your Hardware Survey Form.
