Automatically reset the form after submission

Also, we have a shared concern with another user about having multiple people using the same device/browser to submit forms. Our reps use a single device (an iPad) to speak to multiple clients and fill out forms via iframe embeds. Under no circumstances can we allow one account to see another's data. What is recommended to make sure the forms reset and to get users signed out if they do Create Account? Our reps will not be savvy enough to clear cookies and we cannot rely on them to navigate to Jotform each time to sign the account out.

    Hi Meghan,

I'm afraid I didn't quite understand your request. Can you explain a bit more about it, so I can get a better idea of what you're trying to achieve? If you need the form to automatically reset for another submission, unfortunately this is currently not possible. But, you can add a Fill Again button to the Thank You Page, so people can fill out your form again. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
    3. Click on Action Buttons, and then select Fill Again.
    4. Finally, click on Save at the bottom-right side of the window. That's it.
