Hi we've been told we have reached our limit of "100 submissions per month" and I don't understand how we have reached that limit since we haven't used jotform since 2023??? Can you explain what this means?
"Dear One_Church_Street,
You’ve almost reached your plan’s limit of 100 submissions per month. Your forms will automatically be disabled once you reach this limit."

Hi Laurie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see here that this email is intended for the account associated with i***@onec*******reet.org. Currently the account is active an is receiving submissions from its forms. Currently it is almost exceeding the monthly submission limit for Starter (Free) plan which is 100 submissions per month.

How can we get a record of those monthly submissions? We are not currently using our jotform for any reason. I still do not understand how we have reached a limit of nearly 100 submissions per month when we are not using our jot form account at all.

Hi Laurie,
If you're referring to the account associated with the email address you used to create this ticket, that account hasn't received any submission for the past few months. The email that you're getting was for your other account associated with the i***@onec*******reet.org email address.

Hi-- Is there a way to get a report on our activity for the past several months? If you are indicating, we are using more than 100 jot form submissions a month and I do not have any record of our One Church Street email address as having used any of our jot form submissions, It would be helpful to have a record or report about that.
And is the limit 100 uses per month? Do we zero out again at the end of the month and then we have another 100 free submissions the next month?

Hi Laurie,
You can login to the account associated with i***@onec*******reet.org to get a report of the submissions. Also, yes the monthly limits reset every reset day. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
