Conditions to pull data to another form field isn't working

My form ID is 250427512787057.

I have some conditions attached to my form that seemed to be working but then stopped.

The one I'm troubleshooting right now is the one below. It should copy a value from field 22 to field 24 if field 22 doesn't have a value of "1 Multistate."

Field 22 gets dynamically prefilled from Salesforce, but nothing gets copied into field 24.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click the Gear Icon of the Field 22 label State Represented - From Salesforce to access the Properties.

2. Go to the Options tab and enable the Calculation Values.

3. Enter the country's name as its calculation values so that it can be pulled to Field 24 when the conditions are met.

Hi Mary, you're correct that field 24 populates correctly when you manually select a checkbox in field 22.

BUT when a checkbox in field 22 is dynamically prefilled from Salesforce, field 24 fails to populate.

To reproduce this, when you fill out the form, on page 1, enter these values:

• Account Name: Jack Test Client
• ID Number: 859396

Just don't submit the form. 🙂

You will see that when you get to form 22, it's pre-populated with Alabama. But field 24 is still empty.

I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Copying a field value from a Multiple choice field to a Dropdown field isn't available at Jotform right now. I've gone ahead and forwarded your request to our developers as a feature request. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
