Hello,
When I receive a notification from my jotform that a customer has filled out I want to be able to hit reply to that email I receive and have my reply go to both their email field and a cc email field that they fill out in my form. Is this possible? I don't see this as an option. The reply-to section only allows for 1 selection in the drop-down. And the Additoinal email section only allow static email addresses, it doesn't allow me to select a field from the form.
Any ideas of what I could do? Otherwise I won't be able to use jotform and this is a huge bummer.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add multiple email addresses in the Reply-to Email field by combining them into a single field. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, click the Add Element on the left side of your page.
- In the Basic tab, add a Short Text element to your form and rename it with your preferred label.
- Select the new element and click the Gear icon.
- In the Short Text Properties, go to the Advanced tab.
- Toggle the Hide field as On.
Next, let's add a condition to combine the email fields into one:
- In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Conditions tab on the left side of the page.
- Click the Add Condition button.
- Click the Update/Calculate Field in the list.
- Set the condition like you see below and click Save.
Next, let's select the new field in your Email Notification:
- In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Emails tab on the left side of the page.
- Click the Pencil Icon on the right side of your Notification 1.
- In the Notification, go to the Recipients tab.
- Set the Reply-to Email to the new field we created in the previous steps.
- Click on Save to update the changes in the Notification.
That's it. Test your form, and you’ll see both email addresses appear in the Reply-to section. Check out the screenshot below for the result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- In your Form Builder, click the Add Element on the left side of your page.
