Hi,
A third party funding source is trying to purchase a subscription to Jotform for me. I use Jotform to support home caregiver employees. The source is an FMS and they are managing the budget but they do not want to use the company credit card so they are trying to use a gift card. I found a reference to this question, can a gift card be used to purchase a subscription to Jotform, and a representative of Jotform said that yes, so long as it's a major brand, it should work. Could you please tell me if there's any reason from Jotform's perspective as to why the gift card my FMS is using would not be working on Jotform so long as it's a major brand and has enough money available? And what's the alternative? Can the FMS make the purchase with the gift card with a Jotform representative over the phone?
Thank you,
Rowan -

Hi Rowan,
I have heard back from the Relevant, and they have informed me that using the Gift Card should work. But if not, you can purchase subscription via PO. Just email quotes@jotform.com to initiate it.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
