Saved messages for signature requests

Hello!

I currently use PandaDoc to request electronic signatures but want to switch to JotForm. One thing that was very helpful in PandaDoc was being able to save messages to send in the email notification when requesting signatures. Do you offer the same capability? I couldn't find it.
