écupération de l'accès au formulaire associé à mon e-mail perdu

    Bonjour l'équipe de support de JotForm,

    Je rencontre un problème d'accès à mon formulaire sur votre plateforme, dont le lien est :

    https://form.jotform.com/250837883322563

    Malheureusement, j'ai perdu l'accès à l'adresse e-mail associée à ce formulaire. Je souhaiterais donc modifier l'adresse e-mail ou récupérer l'accès d'une autre manière.

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I checked the form link you shared and found that it belongs to a Jotform account associated with the email address almost identical with the one you used for this thread. Upon further review, it looks like the email was previously misspelled as conatct@swiifttech.com, which is why you were unable to access the account.

    I've attempted to update the email address to the correct one at contact@swiifttech.com, but it’s already associated with an existing Jotform account. To proceed, you’ll need to update the email address on that account to an unused one. This will free up contact@swiifttech.com, allowing us to use it to replace the misspelled email on the other account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thank you for your assistance. I have followed your recommendations and updated the email address of the existing account. You can now proceed with correcting the misspelled email and replacing it with contact@swiifttech.com.

    Hi swiiftech,

    I see that the account that owns this form 250837883322563 is already under contact@swiifttech.com. Can you try to login using that email now?
