Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to discount exactly $12 when all five products are selected, you can set the discount type as Percentage instead of Fixed amount. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select the Payment field and click on the Wand icon.
- Under the Coupons tab, hover your mouse over the Coupon and click on the Pencil icon.
- Set the Discount Type to Percentage and enter the Discount Rate to 20%.
- Then, click on Save.

Hi Stephanie,
It looks like what you're trying to do is apply the $12 discount to the subtotal. This is not possible with Google Pay & Apple Pay Integration. I suggest switching the payment gateway to Stripe or Stripe Checkout. If you switched you will have an option to apply the discount to subtotal. Take a look at the screencast below:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
- Choose a payment method and click on Use Selection then in the window that opens click on OK.
