Email Full Conversation Captured by AI Agent Instead of Summary

    I'm wondering if it's possible to send the full AI conversation to an email list instead of the short summary and link to the conversations section of Jotforms that currently arrives as a notification.

    Hi Luke,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As for the current feature, Jotform only sends a short summary along with a link to the conversation section in the notification email. Sending the full AI conversation directly to an email content of the notification email is not possible.

    Not a problem - my main goal is to send an email with the important information we'd get out of the AI chat. I've setup the AI Agent to extract basic contact information (name/phone/legal issue/email) from the conversation and send that in an email once the conversation ends, but it doesn't look like the AI email feature allows you to at least directly include any data gathered. I can see the data gathered in the conversation view, but it looks like the shortcodes (to say embed phone number in an email the AI sends to a client) don't actually parse.

    Are you able to extract potential form data from an AI agent and email that directly to a contact or submit it to an attached form? I've tried to setup tasks/actions for the agent to do that but it doesn't seem to parse.

    Alternatively can I use something like Zapier to pull conversations into a Google Sheet like we can do with submissions?

    Hi Luke,

    It's currently not possible to send full AI conversation via email. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
