    Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an error when trying to continue filling out a form in your application. The error message reads:

    java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not invoke RNFSManager.readFile

    java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Failed to allocate...

Steps I took before the error occurred:

    1. I opened the app and accessed the form.
    2. I attempted to upload or continue with a file/image.
    3. The app displayed the error and crashed.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:

    • Restarting my device and closing all other apps.
    • Clearing the app’s cache and data.
    • Updating to the latest version of the app (if available).
    • Attempting the process on another device.

Could you please help me resolve this? If you need more information (e.g., logs, screenshots, device details), please let me know.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards.

    Hi Paulo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This issue typically occurs when the application is trying to handle a file that exceeds the memory capacity available on your device. Ensure that the file you are trying to upload does not exceed the maximum limit. Jotform allows a maximum individual file size of 1GB.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
