Good day, I deleted my JotForm account this morning so that I can start a JotForm Health account using the same email address ASAP.
How can I use my same email address to start the JotForm Health account right away?

Hi Kelley,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that deleted Jotform accounts will stay in our database for 30 days before purging all the user's data, including its email address. This means you cannot immediately reuse the email address, as it remains in our system for 30 days. To use it again, you'll need to reactivate the deleted account and change the email address to something else, freeing up the email for a new account.
I have reactivated the account associated with your email address, so you can change it first before you can use it on another account. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Account on the left side of the page.
- Lastly, click on Edit in the email and type in the new email address, then click Save.
Once done, you can now use the old email address for your new account. We also have a guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address that you can check out.
