Jotform App: Getting blank page in check out.

    after completing an order and filling out credit card info on checkout page, it takes me to a blank page and i am unsure how to complete the order or if there is some issue im not finding that is preventing this. i have attached the blank page it directs me to.

    FYI loging in does not resolve issue

    Hi Crystal,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I created my own store app, and it was working properly. After adding the credit card field, I was able to submit the order on the app. Check out my screencast below: Jotform App: Getting blank page in check out Screenshot 30 I've also gone ahead and clear your form cache to render your apps in form properly. I suggest as well to remove and re-add your Payment Integration. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In App Builder, on the bottom-right side of the screen, click on the Credit Card icon to open the Store Properties.

    2. Under Payment Connection, click on Trash Can icon.

    3. In the window that opens, click on Yes, Remove.

    4. Then, click on Add Payment Connection button and select your preferred Payment Connections.
