Hello...me again
I added the link below for the BOT in question.
Using Actions, I created "WHEN after the form is submitted". As the title suggests that once a form is submitted, Say Exact Message "Hi, I'm Jane, your Chiropractic Support AI. Ask me anything in over 100 languages or select an option. How can I help? | 1 - Office Info | 2 - Team Info | 3 - Booking Info | 4 - Menu Recall | ."
It does not work, I had the AI work on it and here is what it came up with
After the form is submitted
It does not do what I want.

Hi Luc,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll update you here on this thread.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

Hi Luc,
I have heard back from the Developers, Unfortunately, setting an action for the AI Agent to say the exact message you enter in the condition is currently not supported. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
