Create Monthly/Yearly Subscription Button

    Hi,
    i want to create a button monthly / yearly like this one and to put the subscriptions in accordance. Is ti possible ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This may not look exactly like in the screenshot you shared, but it’s the closest option. You might want to check out the Bootstrap Switch Field widget to see if it fits your requirements.
