Salesforce Integration for e-signature

My requirement is when i click a button inside salesforce in contract object then prebuild contract pdf with signature(provided by jotfrom) send email to contact email .
how to do that can't find that how to do

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can only send the data from Jotform to Salesforce, or you can do the live prefill. It is not possible to send a PDF contract form via email from the Salesforce.
