Jotform Sign: Archived signed documents

Why is there no way to archive these signed documents that doesn't suppose the contracts are outright cancelled?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to delete the signed documents submissions. The only way to delete them is by deleting the entire signed document. Also, once placed in the Trash folder, there is no option to delete signed documents immediately. Items in the Trash folder should be purged within 30 days. As a workaround, you can archive your entries on your Tables. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Sign Builder, click on the Downward icon at the top of the screen and select Tables.
2. On the Tables page, hover your mouse over the entry and click on the Three Dots icon.
3. Click on Archive Entry. That's it.

Archived entries will also be removed in your Jotform Sign inbox.
