I've unsubscribed more times than I can count, but you won't accept my preferences. STOP. SENDING. ME. EMAIL.

Hi sabin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you perhaps referring to Jotform's Newsletter? If so, you need to login into your account linked to your email address and disable them. Here's how to do it:
- On the My Workspace page, hover your mouse over your Profile Avatar on the top-right side.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
- Under the Settings panel, uncheck the options in the Subscriptions section.
Feel free to check our guide on How to Subscribe or Unsubscribe to Jotform's Newsletters.
Let us know if you need any more help.

So in other words, you'll admit that the `Unsubscribe from NEWSLETTER emails` message at the bottom of all the spam you send, which directs me to this web page, is just for show and doesn't actually unsubscribe me from your unwanted junk?

Hi Sabin,
The unsubscribe link in the newsletter emails is intended to stop those specific campaigns. However, to completely stop all newsletters, you must adjust your subscription settings in your Jotform account. But as requested, I have unsubscribed your email address. This will ensure that you no longer receive any newsletters from Jotform.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
