Do you have an automated workflow sms reminder?

Hello Team,

Does jotform have an automation to send form submissions via time increments? For example is 30 minutes, 90 minutes, then 120. This is if the first reminder is not actioned by the sales team.

At the moment, Jotform doesn’t have a built-in feature that can automatically send follow-up emails in time increments like 30, 90, and 120 minutes if no action is taken. Are you currently using any third-party tools like Zapier or Make, or do you have access to a system where webhooks can be used to manage your workflow?

Thanks. Instead of follow up emails, it will be more like a follow up sms reminders.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers.
