Unable to Access Document Despite Account Creation.

    I was sent a document but I'm not able to access it. I did create an account but your site says I don't have access

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are a form filler, you can reach out to the form owner and let them know that the form might have been set to private. If you are a collaborator, ask the form owner for a new collaboration link. You can also share the form URL that was sent to you, or a screenshot so we can check it further.
