Hi Myorthoforms,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your forms and confirmed that they’re already using the Card Layout. While you can use a Multi-line Question to include a Dropdown for Gender along with another field, unfortunately, it’s not possible to show or hide fields within a Multi-line element based on conditions.
As a workaround, you can use a Single Choice element instead. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, click the Add Element on the left side of your page.
- In the Basic tab, add a Single Choice element to your form.
- Select the Single Choice element and click the Gear icon.
- In the Single Choice Properties, go to the Options tab.
- Toggle the Display Other Option as On.
That's it. Test your form, and your form will allow users to type in their gender if they select Others. Check out the screencast below for the result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- In your Form Builder, click the Add Element on the left side of your page.
