Hello,
I am attempting to use Zapier with Jotform. I want my Sales & Campaign Support Form in Jotform, when signed, to go through Zapier and publish a New Project from a Template in Basecamp. When I connect my Jotform and Zapier accounts, the Zapier account doesn't show any of my Forms. I've tried disconnecting my Jotform account and reconnecting it, but the Forms still won't load.
Thank you.

Hi margeryp,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to Set Up Zaps in Form Builder with Zapier Integration in Jotform. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Then, search for Zapier and click on it.
- Under the Your Zaps section, click on the Connect to Zapier button and log in to your account in the window that opens.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello, thank you, however the issue I'm having is that the Jotforms aren't loading in Zapier. The image included in my initial support request shows that no results are loading for me to connect my forms to Zapier.

Hello,
I disconnected the account and reconnected it. I am still receiving the same error that no options are available when I try to use a Signed Document as the kick off of the Zap.
Thank you.

Hi margeryp,
Currently, Signed Documents aren’t supported in the Zapier integration, but as a workaround, you can turn your Sign document into a regular form and use the Smart PDF feature if needed. Jotform makes it easy to integrate your PDF files using Smart PDF Forms. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
3. Now, upload your PDF file.
4. Add the necessary fields and customize them using the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. Check out the screencast below to see how to do that:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
