Conditionally Show Custom Thank You Page Depending On The Answer

Custom message is not showing after the 3rd question's first option. After the first option I want the survey to end by going to 'thank you' page

To confirm, you want to display your custom Thank You Page when the first option is selected in the third question on page 1. To achieve this, you’ll need to add a submit button and a divider to the first page while conditionally hiding the other pages and fields. Let me walk you through how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Divider and Submit elements, and drag and drop both elements to your form.

3. Click on Settings on the top of the page and click on Conditions on the left side menu.

4. Next, click on the Add Condition button and select Show/Hide Field.

5. Now create the conditional logic to hide other page fields, including the page break on the first page. Make sure to click on the Save button once done. Here's how it looks like:

Now when the first option is selected on the third question on page 1 and when you click on the submit button, your custom Thank You page will show.
