I can no longer access the form in the Form Builder

    Hi,

    I created a form based off of a template but can no longer access my form in builder. The URL associated with it is below. Is there any way I can regain access?

    Now I can get to the form but it does not show up on my templates page.

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you only have 1 form in your account. Can you please try clicking the Jotform logo at the top left to open the My Workspace page, where you'll find the list of your forms? You can also click the dropdown beside the Jotform logo and choose My Workspace. Here's a screenshot:

    If you want to modify the form, you can just click the checkbox and then click Edit Form.

    To clarify, are you planning to share the form that you created as a template? Or would you like to use a form template? Please take a look at the following user guides:
