Salesforce: Update of record is not working

I have a Household object with a related object (6 point hunger survey) that is being update without a problem.

Problem is within the update I want to be able to update one of the fields on the 6 point hunger survey Total Six Point Yese's) to the Household Record (2025 number of yeses). But all it does is create an anonymous record.

In Salesforce I am using a test account of Gizinski (Rachelle) Household and Id of 938881

It updates the Hunger Survey but not the field on the household account
