Locate my Form

    I created the form  State Cabinet 2025-2026 last night. The URL is  https://form.jotform.com/250826680728061. it is not showing on my dashboard or found by your bot. Your bot says "It seems the form is no longer available in our system," but It is still live and taking responses. How can that be?? I am positive I gave no other email address, so as far as I know, it is impossible that it is in some other account I accidentally created. It's not in Archive, Trash, MyForms or Shared with me. The url is still out there, live, bringing people to a form, so they will think they are answering, and I will have to ask them all to reply all over again...not a good look for me (or you).

    Hi Steven,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to pull up the account where the form belongs to, and it's associated with the email address s**ul.g*l**y@gmail.com. Do you recognize this email address? If yes, you'll need to log in to the correct account to gain full access to it, and set up an AI Agent for it. In case you need to reset your account password, here's how to do that:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login in the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Thank you for your reply. I think I do recognize that email. It was probably a prefilled default choice due to the fact that I have a gmail email just for Google purposes. But it certainly was not clear that I was setting up an additional account.
    I may need help setting up an AI Agent, but thank you for the instructions that look like they should work to at least return my control over the form and results.Regards,Steven Paul
