Is it possible to automatically assign a task to a person/people?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it's not possible to automatically assign a task, you have to do it manually. Here's how to do it:

1. On your Jotform Board, click on the task to open the Task window.
2. Click on the Assignee field, then click on Invite to this Board.
   
   
3. Enter the email address of the assignee in the recipient field.
4. Click on the Send Invitation button.
   
5. Click on the Assignee field and select the assignee. That's it.
