I'm using the Spreadsheet to Form widget and need to enable search using both lower and uppercase. My spreadsheet has items that are in lower and uppercase characters

Hi CGM,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in option to enable case-insensitive searches directly within the widget. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to retrieve the Scheme Name both in upper and lower cases. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi CGM,
Could you share the screenshot of the attached Excel file, specifically the column header and the data containing the Discover Health?

Hi CGM,
The Access Code Column is case-sensitive. Since your text is in Block Letters, you won't be able to search it with small letters. We also have a guide about How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget that you can check out.
Let us know if you need any more help.
