Adding a form link to another form and showing based on answers that people gave

    Good day,

Please assist - is there a way to add a link to another form, within my form, based on option selected in my original form.

To explain further, the "link" (or whatever it may be called), will be hidden. Should a specific option be selected on my original form, the link be unhidden, as the second form must be completed together with that option selected

    Hi FPG GROUP,

It is possible to add a form link to your other form by using the Paragraph Element. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the left part of the page.
    2. Scroll down and click on Paragraph element to add it to your form.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon and click the Insert or Edit Link to add the link.
    4. Paste the form link you want to add, then click the Ok button and the Check button to save.

To hide or show based on the answer that people gave, you can try Jotform's Conditions feature. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.

    2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (I used Short Text fields in this example).

    3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.

    4. Now, right-click on the fields, and in the menu that opens, click on Hide.

Now, let's set up the conditions:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

    3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.

    4. Set the conditions like you see below:

Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for this ...

Now, is there a way to include the PDF Attachment of the second form (that gets accessed via link), to the fina,l after approval email of the original form?
