Hi Admin,
Previously, I have paid for the Jotform service using my email address of abdulraimee@assyafaah.mosque.sg
But currently that email address has been disable due to change of company email.Could you assist me on recovering the account?

Hi Abdul,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you want to change the account email address? If yes, then let me show you how to do this:
- On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- Select Account from the left side window.
- Click on the Edit button of the Email.
- Enter your New e-mail address.
- Click on the Save button.
To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Change your Account Email Address. If you forgot the password, you can reset it. Let's do this:
- Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set. You can now use it to log into your Jotform account. To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Reset your Jotform Account Password.
